09 - Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then cut into individual sandwiches. Serve warm.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sweet Hawaiian bread balances perfectly with savory melted cheese creating that addictive sweet salty combo everyone craves
  • These come together in 25 minutes flat but taste like you put in way more effort
  • They reheat surprisingly well so you can make them ahead and still have people begging for the recipe
02 -
  • Letting them cool for those few minutes feels like torture but cutting into them immediately makes the cheese escape and you lose that perfect cheese pull
  • If your rolls are especially large you might need an extra minute or two under the broiler to get the tops golden brown without drying out the cheese
03 -
  • Buy the Hawaiian rolls that come attached already trying to slice individual rolls and reattach them is not worth the frustration
  • If the tops are browning too fast tent loosely with foil for the last few minutes of baking
