06 - Remove from oven. Garnish salmon and asparagus with fresh lemon slices and additional chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The lemon garlic butter creates this incredible sauce that you will want to spoon over everything
  • It comes together in under 30 minutes but tastes like something from a nice bistro
  • The entire meal cooks on one sheet pan so cleanup is practically nonexistent
02 -
  • Dont skip the lemon zest, it contains all those fragrant citrus oils that make the sauce sing
  • Watch the asparagus during the last few minutes, thin stalks can go from perfect to burnt quickly
03 -
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly, so take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before starting
  • Invest in a good sheet pan, the cheap ones warp at high heat and cause uneven cooking
