01 - Place avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor or high-speed blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary. Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Divide the mousse evenly into four serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm and allow flavors to meld.
05 - Just before serving, garnish each portion with fresh raspberries and, if desired, sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
