# Steps:

02 - Combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring and mashing strawberries, until a thick syrup forms, approximately 4–5 minutes. Remove from heat, strain solids if desired, and set aside to cool.
03 - Pour brewed Earl Grey tea into a mixing jug or large glass. Add strawberry syrup and stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour in milk and stir again. Taste the beverage and adjust sweetness as needed by adding additional syrup or sugar.
05 - Serve over ice if preferred. Garnish glasses with fresh strawberry slices and mint leaves. Enjoy immediately while fresh.
