01 - Preheat oven to 465°F or highest setting. Position pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat thoroughly.
02 - In skillet over medium-high heat, fry chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
03 - Using same skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Season with black pepper. Drain excess fat.
04 - Lightly flour work surface and stretch pizza dough into 12-inch round.
05 - Transfer dough to parchment paper. Brush surface with olive oil.
06 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving ¾-inch border for crust.
07 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses uniformly over sauce.
08 - Distribute ground beef, bacon, pepperoni, sausage, and red onion evenly across cheese layer.
09 - Top with Parmesan cheese and dried oregano.
10 - Slide pizza with parchment onto preheated pizza stone or baking sheet.
11 - Bake 12–15 minutes until crust turns golden brown and cheese bubbles with light browning.
12 - Remove from oven and allow 2 minutes resting time. Slice and serve hot.
