01 - If desired, moisten the rims of serving glasses and dip them into green sanding sugar to create a festive border. Set the prepared glasses aside.
02 - Pour the chilled lemon-lime soda and pineapple juice into a large punch bowl. Stir gently to incorporate.
03 - Carefully place scoops of lime sherbet into the punch bowl. Allow the sherbet to float and gently melt, forming a delightful frothy, creamy layer on top.
04 - Adorn the punch with fresh lime slices and sprigs of mint leaves, if desired, just before serving.
