01 - Dissolve strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Stir in 1 cup cold water. Pour into shallow dish and refrigerate for 1 hour until set. Repeat process with lemon gelatin in separate dish.
02 - Beat heavy whipping cream in mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Set aside for later use.
03 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well combined.
04 - Once both gelatin layers are fully set, cut strawberry and lemon gelatin into 1/2-inch cubes for layering.
05 - Layer ingredients in each jar: start with cream cheese mixture, add strawberry gelatin cubes, diced strawberries, and mini marshmallows. Add another layer of cream mixture, then lemon gelatin cubes, diced pineapple, and more marshmallows. Finish with cream mixture on top.
06 - Refrigerate assembled jars for at least 1 hour to allow layers to set and flavors to meld.
07 - Top each chilled jar with whipped cream, place marshmallow bunny candy on top, and sprinkle with pastel sprinkles before serving.
