02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and almond milk until fully blended and slightly frothy.
03 - Add cheddar cheese, Parmesan, diced ham, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined and batter forms.
04 - Lightly grease waffle maker plates with nonstick cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
05 - Pour half the batter into the center of the waffle maker. Spread gently with a spatula. Close lid and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Repeat with remaining batter to make second chaffle.
07 - Remove chaffles carefully using heat-resistant tongs or spatula. Transfer to wire rack for 2-3 minutes to cool and maximize crispiness. Serve warm.
