01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup Parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of an 8-inch oven-safe baking dish.
04 - Pour pizza sauce evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses over the sauce.
06 - Top with halal pepperoni slices, diced green bell pepper, and black olives.
07 - Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley or basil if desired, and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
09 - Serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or sliced baguette.
