01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper to set the dipped pretzels.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
03 - Holding a pretzel rod by one end, dip it about two-thirds into the melted chocolate. Gently tap off excess chocolate.
04 - Immediately sprinkle pink sprinkles over the chocolate-coated section, rotating to cover all sides evenly.
05 - Place the coated pretzel rod on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
06 - Let pretzels set at room temperature until chocolate hardens (about 30 minutes), or refrigerate for 10 minutes for faster setting.
