01 - In a food processor or blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
02 - Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
03 - Spoon the mousse evenly into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best texture (optional but recommended).
05 - Just before serving, top each mousse with fresh raspberries, chocolate shavings, and mint leaves if using.
