# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Takes everything you love about Caesar salad and makes it something you can actually eat with your hands
  • The homemade dressing comes together in literally two minutes but tastes like it came from a restaurant
  • Perfect for those nights when you want something substantial but do not want to spend hours cooking
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest for those 5 minutes keeps it juicy instead of letting all the moisture run out the moment you cut into it
  • The dressing actually tastes better if you make it a little ahead so the garlic has time to mellow out
03 -
  • Grill the buns just until they are golden brown not burnt or they will taste bitter
  • Shave the Parmesan with a vegetable peeler for those restaurant style thin curls
