04 - Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Do not overmix to ensure tenderness.
05 - Gently fold in semisweet chocolate chips, reserving a small handful to sprinkle over the top.
06 - Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle reserved chocolate chips over the surface.
